The creator's dilemma
You already made the content.
It just needs to travel further.
The hard part is showing up with a perspective worth hearing. What usually costs an episode its audience is not the thinking behind it, but an edit that lets attention wander before the best part arrives.
Viewers Leave Before The Good Part
A slow opening, a stretch that sags, a tangent that runs long. Small things, but they decide whether anyone is still there at minute twelve.
Great Moments Get Buried
The insight that would win a new subscriber is often sitting 42 minutes into an otherwise excellent conversation, where almost nobody reaches it.
Clips With No Reason To Stay
A crop and auto-captions are not an edit. A clip has to make sense on its own and give a stranger a reason to keep watching past the first two seconds.
The work
Clips people stop for. Episodes people finish.
Two jobs from one recording. We cut the moments that land hardest into clips that earn a new viewer's attention, and we shape the full episode so it stays smooth and balanced from the first minute to the last.
Samples play silently. Tap the speaker on any tile to hear it.
01 / Clipping
The moments that travel.
We look for the point where a listener actually leans in, then build the clip around it — with enough context that it still lands for someone who has never heard of you.
02 / Full editing
The episode people stay with.
Structure, pacing, sound, captions, and visual support, tuned so the conversation carries. Nothing flashy for its own sake — just an episode that is easy to keep watching.

You record. We take it from there.
Send us your podcast, interview, or YouTube footage. We learn your format and your audience first, because what a finished episode needs to do for your viewer is the thing every later decision answers to.

Where attention holds, and where it slips.
Before we make a single cut, we map the episode: the strong openings, the stretches that sag, the turns worth building a clip around. The plan comes first, so the edit is deliberate instead of decorative.

Where attention holds, and where it slips
Edited for the viewer, not the showreel.
Pacing, captions, graphics, and sound all serve one thing: an episode that is smooth to watch from end to end. We are not trying to make our editing the star. We are trying to make your conversation easy to stay with.

One recording. A library of content.
You get the polished long-form edit plus platform-ready clips, organised around how you publish. The full episode holds the people who found you, and the clips give new viewers a reason to look for it.

More signal.
Every choice in the edit answers one question: does this make the episode better to watch? Get that right and the rest, the reach, the subscribers, the shares, follows from it.

FAQ
Clarity & Transparency.
What kind of footage do you edit?
Podcast episodes, interviews, talking-head YouTube videos, and founder-led conversations. Send raw footage or an existing long-form episode and we will shape it around the way your audience actually watches.
Can you turn one episode into short clips?
Yes, and it is half of what we do. We find the moments that stand on their own, then build each clip so it makes sense to someone who has never heard of you, with a clear opening, readable captions, and a reason to keep watching.
How many clips come out of one episode?
It depends on the conversation rather than the runtime. A dense hour usually gives us four to eight clips worth publishing. We would rather send you five clips that land than twelve that fill a calendar.
What is your turnaround?
Long-form edits typically come back within three to five working days, clips within two to four, and we lock a repeatable schedule once we know your recording cadence. Rush work is possible when you flag it early.
Will the edit still sound like me?
That is the point. We cut for clarity and flow, not to reshape what you said. Filler and dead air go; your phrasing, pauses, and pace stay, because those are the things regular viewers came back for.
Do I need to change how I record?
No. We start with the workflow you already have. After the first episode we may suggest one or two small changes, usually about framing or audio, that give us more room in the edit.
How do revisions work?
You review each delivery and leave timestamped notes, we make the changes, and the preferences you repeat become part of your style guide. Over a few episodes the notes get shorter because the defaults are already yours.
Which platforms are the clips made for?
YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. Each version is framed and paced for where it will be watched, rather than one export cropped five ways.
Can you handle long-form YouTube edits too?
Yes. Most clients have us build the full episode and the clips that promote it, so the long-form and short-form work feel like one connected publishing system instead of two.
How do I send footage, and how do I get files back?
However suits you: Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, or a direct upload link from us. Deliveries come back as publish-ready files in the formats each platform wants, organised per episode.
How does pricing work?
We price per engagement rather than per hour, based on your format, episode length, and how much you publish. Book a call, show us one episode, and you will get a clear scope and a fixed monthly number.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We prefer a monthly working relationship because the edit gets better as we learn your show, but we will take a single episode first so you can see the work on your own footage before committing.
